Ilya Noe - Officially Ilya Noé lives in Mexico City. Her Aztec horoscope sign is Deer and quite appropriately she is vegetarian, nocturnal, errant, and mercurial: intermittently judicious and imprudent, solitary & gregarious, sanguine & melancholic; communicates mainly through visual mediums and becomes paralyzed when lights are directed her way.
