Jake lives and works in San Diego. He likes making art and fishing.

Nicole spends most of her days dreaming about the sunny beaches of Southern CA; her future home. In San Diego she will surely make “it” happen. (note: we’ll be sad to see her go.)

Graduated from the School of the Art Institute in the fall of 1998. My work is primarily reused images, repeated and transformed on found wood. The lotto Bastard in particular is a recycled image from a bad hand painted sign in lower Manhattan.

“I’ll tell you the truth. I was a little bit scared. Breaking through the fence was easy but it was pretty clear the hotel was abandoned. These works originate in a space between myth and legend. Personifying the myth - kills the mythology. The icon is created from a living legend or source. So - is Elvis Dead or Alive?

WANTED. $20.00 each.
Through the city WANTED: posters have appeared in the search for a young artist named S.R.Kucharski. This artist is wanted for both serious and ridiculous actions: misunderstanding the rules of art, images propaganda, manipulating curators and gallery owners to further his career, as well as for inviting passersby to write their own text description of what this artist has done. it is also requested that any sightings of this artist be reported to a telephone hotline. This publicly visible projects asks what one person could truly be wanted for, and also asks the public to participate and join-in the ongoing search to locate one single individual.

These pieces use stories taken from my long running collaborative project, the lost love project. These stories are submitted and presented semi-anonymously, and hopefully aren’t boring you.

My work refers to those’s rare moments in time that are marked by absolute clarity. We experience them more often as children. Ironically, as adults we usually experience them after a tragedy or milestone.
